Layers of soft luscious American made tulle are attached to a black cotton tote bag. American made tulle is flame retardant and holds it shape beautifully.
Gorgeous iridescent sequins are pressed on to the front of this tutu tote with the word “DANCE” spelled out in the center. So bright and beautiful pictures don’t do it justice.
The tutu is machine sewn on the bag using over 30 yards of lush tulle.
